Camp Clean Up: October 13 at 9:00am

Camp Monroe is incredibly humbled for the outpouring of support and the want to help. Overall, we have been lucky because the degree of the damage received from Hurricane Florence wasn’t as severe as it could have been.

Our neighbors in our community were not as fortunate as Camp Monroe. Knowing that help is needed by those who were impacted more severely by Hurricane Florence we encourage our friends and neighbors to support one another.

Because Camp Monroe has such a large family, we want to ensure that those who want to help, can help. We have set aside October 13 at 9:00am as a day you, your family, your youth group, can help with the cleanup. Heavy tools are not needed at our site, however gloves, grabbers, and trash bags are recommended to help pick up debris from the hurricane.

Again, thank you for the outpouring of support and please ensure that your family, friends, and neighbors are safe and recovering.
